L'album est porté par le tube Aerials, dont le clip est réalisé par Shavo Odadjian, le bassiste du groupe, de même que par la célèbre chanson Chop Suey!. Les chansons de Toxicity sont les plus souvent jouées sur scène lors des concerts, notamment avec Bounce, Prison Song ou Forest.
